Job Overview

Our client is looking for an experienced N8N Automation & Notion Systems Specialist to build and connect their business systems from the ground up. The role will focus on N8N automation, Notion setup, system integrations, and AI-powered workflows. The successful candidate should be hands-on, technically capable, and able to independently build, test, document, and hand over the completed system.

Schedule

• Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day, flexible schedule during Sydney hours (20 work hours per week) Note: Project-based (1 month duration).

Responsibilities

• Build and configure Notion as the company's CRM and project management hub.
• Build N8N automations connecting Notion, Flodesk, Luma, Xero, Google Sheets, LinkedIn, and other approved tools.
• Automate lead capture, email marketing, event RSVPs, and data flow between systems.
• Set up Flodesk email lists, templates, and welcome automations.
• Set up Luma event pages and connect RSVP data to Flodesk.
• Build the Google Sheets revenue dashboard, using data from Xero and Notion.
• Use Claude/AI tools where appropriate for dashboards and business workflows.
• Test and troubleshoot all automations.
• Document the workflows and provide a system walkthrough/training at project completion.

Requirements

• Proven experience building N8N automations and integrations.
• Strong experience with Notion databases and workspace setup.
• Experience connecting different platforms using APIs, webhooks, or automation tools.
• Experience with Google Sheets and data automation.
• Familiarity with Flodesk, Luma, Xero, LinkedIn, and Claude is highly preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and build systems from a provided blueprint.
• Strong documentation and communication skills.
• Hands-on, technically strong, and experienced in building business automation systems from scratch.
