Implementation & Systems Specialist

Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a tech-savvy and proactive Implementation & Systems Specialist to take ownership of rolling out key platforms for employee performance, training, and operations. In this role, you will lead the configuration, workflow setup, and user onboarding for new software, with an immediate priority on implementing Teamflect and Relias. We are looking for an autonomous problem-solver with experience in SaaS, LMS, or HR systems—ideally within healthcare, home care, or senior care—who can rapidly master new tools and drive a project from initial setup to full team adoption.

Schedule: Remote, Part Time | Monday to  Friday 9:30 AM to 1:30PM PST. (Torrance, CA).

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and support the implementation of Teamflect, Relias, and other business platforms as needed.
  • Work closely with management to understand current processes, requirements, and desired outcomes.
  • Configure platforms based on the organization's operational needs, including users, roles, permissions, workflows, groups, and other settings.
  • Assist with setting up employee and caregiver profiles and organizing relevant system data.
  • Support the implementation of Relias as a learning and training platform, including employee/caregiver onboarding, training assignments, course tracking, and compliance-related workflows.
  • Assist with setting up Teamflect and aligning the platform with employee performance, engagement, or management processes.
  • Review existing workflows and recommend ways to improve efficiency through the new platforms.
  • Import, organize, clean, and validate data as part of the implementation process.
  • Test system configurations and workflows before launching them to employees.
  • Identify technical or operational issues and troubleshoot them independently whenever possible.
  • Coordinate with platform support teams when issues require vendor assistance.
  • Develop SOPs, implementation documentation, user guides, and training materials.
  • Train administrators and end users on how to properly use the platforms.
  • Provide hands-on support during the initial rollout and user adoption period.
  • Monitor implementation progress and maintain a clear list of outstanding tasks, issues, and next steps.
  • Ensure that systems are properly configured, documented, and ready for ongoing administration after implementation.
  • Provide recommendations for improving system utilization and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in software implementation, SaaS implementation, LMS administration, systems administration, HR technology, operations technology, or a similar role.
  • Demonstrated experience implementing or rolling out software platforms for an organization.
  • Experience with learning management systems, HR systems, employee management platforms, performance management systems, or similar SaaS tools.
  • Strong technical aptitude and the ability to quickly learn new software.
  • Strong understanding of user setup, permissions, workflows, data management, and system configuration.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of implementation projects.
  • Ability to explain technical processes clearly to non-technical users.
  • Strong attention to detail when working with employee information, system configurations, and training records.
  • Experience creating SOPs, user guides, and training materials.
  • Healthcare, home care, senior care, or other regulated-industry experience is highly preferred.
  • Experience with Relias, Teamflect, or comparable platforms is a strong advantage.
