Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a motivated Appointment Setter to be the frontline voice connecting innovative AI technology with doctors' offices across the country. Working from a provided script, you will make outbound calls to healthcare practice owners, qualify their interest, and book qualified appointments for the sales team to close. Your ability to communicate clearly, handle objections professionally, and consistently book meetings will directly impact the company's growth trajectory and your own earning potential as the operation scales. This role includes incentives or commissions.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 12:00 PM - 4:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to doctors' offices and medical practice owners using provided scripts.
• Qualify leads and assess interest in AI chatbot solutions for healthcare practices.
• Book appointments and schedule meetings for the sales team to close.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, outcomes, and scheduled appointments in the CRM.
• Meet weekly and monthly appointment-setting targets.
• Provide feedback on script effectiveness and lead quality.
• Adapt communication approach based on prospect responses and objections.
• Maintain professionalism and persistence throughout the calling process.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with cold calling and appointment setting.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with clear articulation.
• Comfortable making business-to-business calls to practice owners and decision-makers.
• Ability to follow scripts while maintaining natural conversation flow.
• Strong objection-handling skills.
• Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for phone-based work.
• Availability for at least 20 hours per week.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience selling to healthcare providers or medical practices.
• Familiarity with AI technology or SaaS products.
• Experience using cloud-based phone systems or auto-dialers.
• Experience working in a startup or high-growth environment.
