Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced UK Mortgage Specialist for a remote, outsourced role. Responsibilities:
- Mortgage Administration & Case Management: Create, manage, and maintain cases on Stonebridge Revolution and my CRM SMARTR365.
- Package and submit mortgage applications to lenders and complete client details on our CRM – SMARTR365.
- Upload all supporting documentation to the lender portals and save documents to our OneDrive folder, ensuring that the applications are accurate, complete, and compliant before submission
- Monitor lender SLAs and proactively chase cases through to mortgage offer whilst keeping clients updated throughout the process
- Compliance & Documentation: Complete all required Stonebridge compliance tasks on Revolution.
- Ensure suitability letters, disclosures, and supporting documents are correctly uploaded and recorded, and maintain clean, audit-ready files in line with FCA and Consumer Duty requirements.
- Flag any compliance or lender policy issues to the adviser promptly
- Lenders: Liaise with lenders as required and chase valuations, underwriting queries, mortgage offers, exchange, and completion.
- Create streamlined, fully compliant case management on Stonebridge Revolution that drives faster completions with minimal lender queries and significantly reduces adviser admin workload.
- Client Communication: Serve as the professional post-advice contact for clients, clearly requesting required documentation and providing timely progress updates throughout the process.
- Systems & Experience Required: Experience with UK mortgage lenders and their online portals and knowledge of FCA compliance and regulated mortgage advice environments
Requisites:
- Minimum 1+ years of experience as a UK mortgage administrator or para-planner
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
- Comfortable managing multiple cases simultaneously
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Able to work independently and meet strict deadlines
Independent Contractor Perks
- Permanent work from home
- Immediate hiring
- Health insurance for eligible locations
