Job Overview

Our client is looking for a hands-on GoHighLevel AI Automation Specialist to streamline content, marketing, communication, and business operations using AI tools, cloud platforms, and GoHighLevel (GHL). This role involves executing recurring workflows, managing CRM operations, building automations, editing short-form video, and continually leveraging platforms like ChatGPT and Claude to eliminate repetitive manual work.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• AI & Automation Management: Develop repeatable AI workflows using Claude and ChatGPT to generate, refine, and repurpose content; build and maintain Zapier, Make, or n8n automations to eliminate manual entry.
• GoHighLevel (GHL) Operations: Build and maintain CRM records, pipelines, campaigns, triggers, and automated email/SMS sequences.
• Content Operations & Video Editing: Repurpose long-form content into multi-channel marketing assets, follow publishing calendars, and perform basic-to-intermediate short-form video editing (trimming, captions, transitions).
• Cloud & Platform Management: Connect cloud applications, monitor cross-platform integrations, and troubleshoot workflow errors to ensure reliable operations.
• Process Documentation: Create step-by-step SOPs for AI workflows and system automations to ensure team-wide operational consistency.

Requirements

• Required:
  • 3+ years of experience in AI/marketing automation, digital operations, or technical operations.
  • Deep practical experience with Claude, ChatGPT, and GoHighLevel (GHL).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM management, digital content publishing, and basic-to-intermediate video editing.
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot integrations, follow complex SOPs, and work independently.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Highly Preferred:
  • Advanced proficiency in GHL workflows, triggers, and API/webhook integrations.
  • Experience with automation tools like Zapier, Make, or n8n, and video editing tools (CapCut, Premiere Pro, Descript).
  • Background in a fast-paced agency, startup, or digital operations environment.
