Job Overview

Our client is looking for a E-commerce Marketplace Growth Specialist to identify and execute growth opportunities across multiple online marketplaces, optimize existing listings, and improve sales performance and operational processes.

Schedule

Flexible between Monday - Friday, EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

• Identify and execute growth opportunities across multiple online marketplaces including Walmart, Best Buy, Target, TikTok, and eBay
• Optimize existing marketplace listings, pricing strategies, and seller tools to improve sales performance
• Audit and fix broken or underdeveloped operational processes across marketplace channels
• Develop and implement creative marketing and sales strategies to expand the customer base
• Monitor marketplace updates, new seller programs, and platform tools to maintain a competitive edge
• Build and grow the client's presence across seven active online marketplaces
• Enhance and streamline current marketplace operations that have gaps or inefficiencies
• Contribute strategically to revenue growth and operational improvement across B2B and retail channels

Requirements

• Proven experience in e-commerce marketplace marketing operations and digital product selling
• Must have marketplace experience (Amazon, Walmart, TikTok Shop, Target, etc.)
• Strong e-commerce sales and process optimization background with a track record of driving revenue growth in online channels
• Ability to work autonomously and manage multiple marketplace accounts simultaneously
• Expected to identify fixes, optimizations, and strategic growth opportunities
