Sales & Member Support Specialist

Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Outbound Sales & Member Care Representative to join a growing US-based telehealth and preventive health company.

This is a hybrid sales and customer care position responsible for engaging prospective members, converting qualified leads into enrollments, and providing exceptional support throughout the member's first 90 days.

The ideal candidate combines strong outbound sales skills with a genuine customer-service mindset. You should be confident speaking with US customers, comfortable discussing sensitive health-related topics with professionalism and discretion, and highly organized when managing follow-ups and customer information.

You will serve as an important part of the member experience—representing a brand built around modern medicine, personalized care, and long-term health.

About the Client:

Our client is a US-based telehealth and preventive health company focused on helping midlife adults invest in their long-term health and well-being.

Their services focus on areas such as:

  • Metabolic health
  • Hormonal health
  • Energy and vitality
  • Healthy aging
  • Preventive care

The company combines modern medicine with personalized, human-centered care. As a representative of the brand, you will be expected to provide an experience that is warm, attentive, knowledgeable, reliable, and never rushed.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (US Eastern Time), with a 1-hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

About the Role:

This position combines outbound sales, lead management, and member care across three primary areas:

1. Pre-Enrollment Engagement & Lead Follow-Up

You will be responsible for quickly engaging prospective members who have expressed interest but have not yet completed the enrollment process.

This includes:

  • Following up with new leads and abandoned intake submissions.
  • Responding promptly by phone, email, and SMS.
  • Answering non-clinical questions about the enrollment process.
  • Identifying and resolving barriers that may prevent a prospect from completing enrollment.
  • Maintaining consistent follow-up until the prospect enrolls or is appropriately dispositioned.

Speed to lead is critical. New leads and abandoned intakes should be contacted within 15 minutes during scheduled working hours.

2. Outbound Sales

You will work with provided lead lists and conduct structured outbound calling campaigns.

Responsibilities include:

  • Making consistent daily outbound calls.
  • Engaging prospects and identifying their needs.
  • Building rapport and establishing trust.
  • Handling common objections professionally.
  • Following approved sales scripts and talk tracks.
  • Moving qualified prospects through the sales pipeline.
  • Following up consistently until a final outcome is reached.
  • Converting qualified prospects into enrolled members.
  • Accurately documenting every interaction and next step.

3. Post-Enrollment Member Care

You will also support newly enrolled members during their first 90 days.

This includes:

  • Conducting scheduled member check-ins.
  • Supporting member retention and engagement.
  • Assisting with order, shipping, refill, and account-related questions.
  • Addressing general non-clinical concerns.
  • Ensuring members know where to go for clinical questions.
  • Escalating all medical concerns to the appropriate licensed clinical team.

Important: This is a non-clinical position. You will never provide medical, treatment, medication, dosing, or diagnostic advice.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to new leads and abandoned intakes within 15 minutes during shift hours.
  • Make consistent daily outbound calls from assigned lead lists.
  • Execute structured follow-up sequences through phone, email, and SMS.
