Job Title: Financial Analyst

Position Summary
We are seeking a data-driven Financial Analyst to support our strategic decision-making and financial planning. In this role, you will analyze financial data, build predictive dynamic models, evaluate operational performance, and prepare actionable management reports. The ideal candidate thrives in transforming complex datasets into actionable insights that drive growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Modeling & Forecasting: Build, maintain, and refine dynamic financial models (DCF, three-statement, scenario analysis) to project revenue, expenses, and capital allocation.
- FP&A & Variance Analysis: Support the annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly performance reviews by analyzing budget-vs.-actual variances and identifying trends.
- Management Reporting: Prepare executive-level dashboards, presentation decks, and key performance indicator (KPI) tracking reports for leadership and board members.
- Strategic & Operational Analysis: Partner with business unit leaders to analyze unit economics, pricing strategies, margin performance, and operational return on investment (ROI).
- Process Automation: Streamline data collection processes, integrate reporting workflows, and enhance internal data integrity across business systems.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related quantitative field required. CFA or candidate status is a plus.
- Experience: 1–3 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or financial consulting.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Microsoft Excel modeling capabilities (complex formulas, financial functions, scenario building), working knowledge of BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau), and ERP/FP&A software (e.g., Adaptive Planning, NetSuite).
- Core Competencies: Strong quantitative acumen, business curiosity, and the ability to articulate financial concepts clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
