Position Summary

We are looking for a talented Media Content Specialist to manage and create written content across social media and email marketing channels for a Christian faith-based leadership organization. This role suits someone with strong writing skills, a marketing mindset, and experience using AI-assisted writing tools to work efficiently while keeping content authentic and on-brand.

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM Eastern Time (with 1 hour unpaid break)

Key Responsibilities

• Social Media Copy: Write compelling, engaging captions aligned with brand voice and messaging.
• Email Marketing: Create marketing email copy that drives engagement and conversions.
• Scheduling: Schedule and manage social media posts across multiple platforms.
• Brand Consistency: Ensure consistency in tone, messaging, and brand guidelines.
• Campaign Support: Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and initiatives.
• AI-Assisted Writing: Use AI writing tools responsibly to improve efficiency and content quality.
• Content Monitoring: Monitor scheduled content and make adjustments as needed.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Strong English writing and copywriting skills.
• Experience with Buffer or other social media scheduling tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices.
• Proficiency with AI-assisted writing tools such as ChatGPT.
• Ability to write clear, engaging, audience-focused content.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Comfortable creating content aligned with Christian faith-based messaging.
