About the Opportunity

Our client operates active digital financial trading communities, providing live market signals, trade updates, and market commentary. They are looking for an experienced Lead Gold & FX Signal Trader to take full ownership of daily signals from analysis and entry through to management and closure with a strong focus on gold (XAU/USD). A 2-week assessment period may be used to validate performance prior to confirming a long-term engagement.

Role Overview

Analyze financial markets, identify high-probability trades, and communicate clear, actionable signals to a large community. You will manage open positions transparently, supply market commentary, and strictly follow the organization's risk-management rules.

Responsibilities

• Signal Generation & Management: Analyze financial markets (focus on XAU/USD and major FX pairs); post clear, accurate signals and manage open trades (TP/SL updates) from entry through to closure.
• Community Communication: Provide timely trade updates and explain technical market rationale in clear, accessible written English; maintain active channel commentary even on no-trade days.
• Risk & Position Discipline: Follow prescribed signal formats and strict risk guidelines (recommended max 1% risk per trade); maintain balanced position sizing and transparent performance logging (winning and losing trades).
• Strategy Guardrails: Strictly avoid overtrading, revenge trading, grid strategies, martingale systems, or disproportionately large positions.

KPI Expectations

• Win Rate: Maintain a verified historical win rate of 60% or higher.
• Risk-to-Reward: Maintain a consistent R:R ratio of 1:1 or better across TP1–TP3.
• Performance: Deliver consistent results not reliant on isolated, exceptional outlier trades.
• Compliance & Coverage: Maintain strict compliance with risk guidelines and provide reliable coverage during London and New York sessions.

Must-Have Requirements

• Proven professional/advanced trading experience with a verified, credible track record (60%+ win rate, 1:1+ R:R ratio).
• Strong technical and fundamental expertise in Gold (XAU/USD); major FX pair experience is an advantage.
• Disciplined trade/risk management without emotional decision-making, grid/martingale systems, or oversized positions.
• Excellent written English with the ability to explain market concepts clearly.

Nice-to-Have Requirements

• Strong experience trading XAU/USD and major FX pairs across London and New York sessions.
• Verified MyFXBook or FXBlue trading account.
• Prior experience providing trading signals/commentary to a community.
• MT4/MT5 proficiency with ability to provide read-only investor access for performance verification.
