Responsibilities:

• Manage and optimize dynamic nightly pricing across 50+ properties using Price Labs
• Monitor market trends and competitor pricing to ensure properties remain competitively positioned
• Optimize property listings on Airbnb and Booking.com to improve visibility and conversion rates
• Ensure listing content, photos, and descriptions are up to date and aligned with best practices
• Analyze booking performance data to identify opportunities for revenue improvement
• Continuously refine pricing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue across the portfolio

Requirements:

• Experience with Price Labs or similar dynamic pricing tools for short-term rentals
• Familiarity with Airbnb and Booking.com listing management and optimization
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret pricing and occupancy data
• Understanding of the serviced accommodation or short-term rental industry
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of pricing and listing performance
• Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to identifying improvements

Scope:

• Part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours per day, Monday to Friday)
• Serve as the in-house specialist for all pricing and listing optimization across the portfolio
• Work closely with the business owner to align pricing strategies with business growth goals
• Provide regular updates and recommendations on pricing adjustments and listing performance
• Support the onboarding of new properties into Price Labs and booking platforms as the portfolio expands
