Are you an experienced Electrical Estimator looking for a role where your expertise can make an impact? Join a remote team where you’ll handle electrical takeoffs, pricing, and project estimates across residential, commercial, and light industrial projects.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week; Monday to Friday 8am to 5am

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze residential, commercial, and light industrial electrical plan sets to produce accurate takeoffs
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and pricing for electrical projects in a timely manner
• Ensure all estimates reflect accurate, region-appropriate material and labor costs
• Collaborate with the owner to clarify project scope and specifications as needed
• Maintain organized records of all estimates, plan sets, and project documentation

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in electrical estimating for residential and commercial projects
• Proficiency with Procore or similar electrical estimating software
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, materials, and labor pricing
• High level of attention to detail to ensure estimate accuracy
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong written communication skills for remote collaboration

Scope

• Receive plan sets via email and deliver completed takeoffs and pricing
• Support the owner by taking over the full estimating workload
• Work remotely using company-provided software access
• Handle multiple estimates simultaneously with consistent turnaround times
