Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a Real Estate Video Editor (Final Cut Pro) to edit real estate property videos and occasional short-form social media content. The role involves managing media assets, maintaining high visual quality and branding consistency, and delivering polished video edits within agreed timelines.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, Business Hours (AEST / New South Wales Time) (Role begins as Part-Time at 20 work hours per week and transitions to Full-Time at 40 work hours per week within approximately one month)

Responsibilities:

• Edit real estate property videos using provided footage, notes, music, and assets to produce polished final cuts
• Ensure each property video aligns with the client's established style and quality standards
• Edit occasional short-form social media content as needed
• Manage and organize incoming media assets efficiently to maintain a smooth editing workflow
• Deliver completed edits within agreed timelines to support the business's client commitments
• Maintain consistency in visual quality and branding across all video deliverables
• Collaborate directly with the business owner, following creative direction and notes provided

Requirements:

• Proficiency in Final Cut Pro for professional video editing (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
• Prior experience editing real estate or property showcase videos
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow creative direction from provided notes
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision once trained
• Reliable communication skills and responsiveness via WhatsApp, email, or video calls
