Our client is looking for a driven B2C Outbound Cold Caller - Solar & Energy Solutions to join their growing lead generation venture focused on home battery backup systems. In this role, you will conduct high-volume B2C outbound dials, follow precise scripts to support A/B testing, and book qualified appointments for the internal sales team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and excel at converting cold contacts into warm opportunities, this position offers an exciting pathway into a future sales role.

Schedule:

• U.S. time zones (Pacific Time preferred) during standard U.S. business hours

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to residential consumers from provided call lists, targeting a minimum of 100–150 dials per day
• Follow provided scripts precisely to support A/B testing initiatives and ensure consistent messaging
• Set qualified appointments for the in-house sales team and input them directly into the scheduling calendar
• Track call outcomes, appointment success rates, and key metrics on spreadsheets for performance analysis
• Provide feedback on script effectiveness and share best practices from prior outbound calling experience
• Maintain organized records of call list progress to ensure thorough coverage of all leads

Requirements

• Proven experience in outbound cold calling, telemarketing, or appointment setting in a B2C environment
• Background in solar, home battery backup, energy solutions, or related home services industries preferred
• Strong script adherence and ability to deliver messaging naturally and persuasively
• High level of resilience and ability to handle rejection while maintaining call volume targets
• Excellent verbal communication skills with a clear and professional phone presence
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during U.S. business hours
