Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a creative and proactive Social Media Assistant & Video Editor to lead video production and social media management. This role involves turning raw ideas into polished short-form videos using advanced editing tools and maintaining a regular publishing schedule to drive audience engagement. This role also has a stable part-time schedule with a path toward full-time growth.

Schedule: Part-time, 20 hours per week (4 hours per day during UK business hours; GMT/BST)

Responsibilities:

• Create and edit engaging short-form video content to support customer acquisition efforts.
• Maintain brand consistency across all social media platforms and video assets.
• Leverage AI-powered video creation tools to produce content efficiently and at scale.
• Design supporting visual assets for social media posts and campaigns.
• Collaborate directly with the business owner to align content with brand goals.
• Produce consistent daily content to build a reliable publishing routine.

Requirements:

• Demonstrated experience with video editing tools such as CapCut, Hiks Field, or similar platforms.
• Strong creative eye with the ability to produce visually appealing content independently.
• High level of attention to detail and commitment to quality output.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently within UK business hours.
• A portfolio showcasing previous video and social media content work.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with AI-driven content creation and automation.
• Background in marketing or administrative support.
