Our client is seeking a Xero Bookkeeper to handle financial tracking, artist expense reconciliations, and tour accounting for their Donvale, VIC operations. To thrive in this role, you’ll need strong experience with Xero software, sharp attention to detail for artist recharge allocations, and solid bookkeeping expertise. It’s an exciting opportunity to work flexibly from home while supporting vibrant entertainment and accounting operations! 

Schedule:

Part-time, flexible during client business hours (Donvale, VIC) (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

• Perform reconciliation of expenses, particularly airfares and other costs that need to be charged back to specific music artists
• Handle tour reconciliation and related financial tracking
• Manage general bookkeeping tasks using Xero software
• Process data entry and maintain accurate financial records
• Support the accounting needs of the music management, events business, and accounting firm operations

Requirements:

• Experience with bookkeeping and reconciliation processes
• Proficiency in Xero accounting software
• Strong attention to detail for managing artist-specific expense allocations
• Ability to work part-time (minimum 20 hours per week)
• Interest in or experience with music/entertainment industry preferred but not required
