Job Overview

We are seeking an energetic, clear-spoken Outbound Sales Representative / Cold Caller to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role, your primary focus will be reaching out to potential leads from a provided contact list, qualifying them, and booking appointments/transferring interested clients directly to the business owner for closing.

Key Responsibilities

• Outbound Calling: Conduct cold/outbound calls to leads using a provided list.
• Lead Qualification: Assess prospective client interest and determine basic eligibility.
• Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and transfer qualified, warm leads directly to the primary decision-maker.
• Record Keeping: Track call outcomes, notes, and appointment details cleanly in provided spreadsheets and software.

Requirements & Qualifications

• Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal English communication skills
• Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience using Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft Outlook.
• Phone Etiquette: Comfortable, polite, and confident making high-volume phone calls.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
• Note: Formal, high-level sales experience is not required—clear communication and a positive attitude are our top priorities!

Schedule & Role Details

• Employment Type: Full-Time (40 hours/week)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM MST (Mountain Standard Time)
