Overview

Our client is looking for a Go High Level Specialist to manage the technical backend and lead the operational migration for a growing dance and theater school. In this role, you will streamline parent communications, automate workflow systems, and oversee payment processing across platforms like Go High Level and Class for Kids. It is an ideal opportunity for a detail-oriented CRM expert looking to drive operational efficiency within a creative, dynamic educational environment.

Schedule: Part Time - 20h per week - Tuesday to Friday ideally UK time flexible on the hours but 12 - 5 or 12-6 with an hour break

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the Go High Level platform and mobile app.
• Migrate class subscriptions and student data from Class for Kids.
• Coordinate parent communication across email, WhatsApp, and platform inboxes.
• Build automated text reminders for fee schedules and classes.
• Proactively track subscriptions and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain data integrity during CRM migration and daily operations.
• Support management in scaling school operations through automation.

Requirements

• Deep expertise in Go High Level workflows and automation logic.
• Professional written English skills for parent-facing support.
• Experience in digital marketing or backend administrative roles.
• Quick learner with the ability to navigate niche CRMs like Class for Kids and Trialpad.
• Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding financial records.
• Bonus if you have experience with dance or theater school operations.
• It helps if you have previously managed Class for Kids migrations.
