About the Role
We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing & Administrative Coordinator to support a growing digital marketing agency. This role combines administrative support with hands-on digital marketing tasks, allowing the business owner to focus on client acquisition and strategic growth.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, and has experience supporting marketing agencies or businesses with social media, Google Business Profiles, content creation, and general administrative functions.
This is a part-time (20 hours/week) position with strong potential to increase to 30–40 hours per week as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Provide general administrative assistance
- Manage inbox and calendar tasks
- Follow up with clients and maintain communication
- Perform data entry and CRM updates
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize digital files and documentation
- Assist with process documentation and workflow improvements
- Provide day-to-day business support
Digital Marketing Support
- Schedule and publish social media content across multiple platforms
- Create and manage Google Business Profile posts
- Upload and format blog articles
- Assist with content planning and content calendars
- Create simple graphics using Canva
- Support Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns
- Update website content (WordPress or similar CMS)
- Assist with basic SEO implementation
- Conduct marketing and competitor research
Required Qualifications
Essential
- Previous administrative support experience
- Experience working within a digital marketing agency or marketing environment
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
Preferred
- Experience managing Google Business Profiles
- WordPress content management
- Canva
- Meta Business Suite
- Google Ads or Meta Ads exposure
- Basic SEO knowledge
- Blog publishing experience
- CRM experience
- Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT or Gemini

Working Hours
