Job Overview:

Our client is seeking a proactive Roofing Insurance Claims Coordinator fluent in both Spanish and English to support lead generation. This role is outbound appointment setting, ensuring homeowners are qualified for inspections.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 7 pm EST; Full-time role, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound cold calls to homeowners to offer free roof inspections.
• Qualify leads based on roof age, condition, and eligibility criteria.
• Schedule appointments for roofing inspectors and sales teams.
• Maintain accurate records of calls, appointments, and follow-up actions.
• Provide excellent customer service and professional communication throughout the process.

Requirements:

• Excellent English and Spanish communication skills with a clear and professional speaking voice
• Proven experience in outbound sales, appointment setting, or cold calling.
• Availability to work during US Eastern Time (EST) business hours.
• Strong administrative and organizational skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume call environment.
• Close attention to detail when tracking claims and documentation.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working in a U.S. call center setting with high daily outbound calls.
• Experience using CRM systems and lead tracking tools.
• Previous remote work experience.
• Ability to manage both sales outreach and administrative workflows simultaneously.
