Recruiting Coordinator

Job Overview

Our team is seeking proactive and personable Recruiting Coordinators to support our U.S.-based recruitment process. Serving as the primary point of contact after initial recruiter contact, you will manage candidate follow-ups, document collection, and onboarding logistics. This full-time role is critical in maintaining candidate engagement and ensuring a seamless, high-touch hiring experience from start to finish.

Schedule 1: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 12 PM - 8 PM, Wed 2 PM - 5 PM, Sat 12 PM - 8 PM CST (40 hrs per week)

Schedule 2: Mon, Tue, Thu, Fri 12 PM - 8 PM, Wed 2 PM - 5 PM, Sun 12 PM - 8 PM CST (40 hrs per week)

Responsibilities

  • Follow up with interested candidates after their initial conversation with the recruiter.
  • Guide candidates through the hiring and onboarding process, ensuring all required documents are submitted accurately and on time.
  • Contact candidates who missed calls or have become inactive, encouraging them to continue their application.
  • Re-engage previous leads by sharing current opportunities, company updates, and new openings.
  • Build strong relationships with candidates through friendly, professional, and engaging communication.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records, notes, and status updates within the CRM.
  • Coordinate closely with the recruiter to ensure a seamless recruitment process and timely follow-up.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience through consistent communication and proactive support.

Requirements

  • Excellent spoken and written English with the ability to communicate naturally and professionally with U.S.-based candidates.
  • Strong understanding of U.S. business culture and communication etiquette.
  • Friendly, confident, and persuasive phone presence with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Excellent organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the recruitment team.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Previous experience in recruiting, recruiting coordination, customer service, appointment setting, sales, lead management, or a similar client-facing role.
  • Experience working with U.S.-based customers or candidates.
  • Experience supporting high-volume recruitment or onboarding processes is an advantage.
