Job Overview:

A leading UAE luxury aesthetics and wellness clinic specializing in stem cells, exosomes, peptides, and plastic surgery is seeking a consultative sales professional. In this role, you will manage inbound and outbound inquiries, educate discerning clients on advanced medical treatments, and convert leads into appointments while delivering an elevated brand experience. 

Schedule: Remote, Fulltime | Wednesday to Sunday, 10am to 7pm UAE with an hour unpaid break.

Responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective clients interested in aesthetic and wellness treatments
• Convert marketing leads and database contacts into confirmed appointments
• Answer detailed client questions about treatment procedures, downtime, outcomes, and service options
• Handle inquiries via phone calls, emails, and text messages across multiple channels
• Maintain sophisticated, confident communication that aligns with luxury brand standards
• Book appointments and coordinate scheduling without processing payments
• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records in the database
• Participate in training sessions with clinic nurses and doctors to deepen treatment knowledge

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in appointment-setting or lead conversion roles
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to handle high-level client conversations
• Comfortable discussing medical or wellness services and answering technical questions from clients
• Confident phone presence that does not sound like a typical call center agent
• Ability to learn complex treatment information including stem cells, exosomes, and aesthetic procedures
• Experience managing both inbound and outbound sales communications
• Strong database management and CRM skills
• Plus: Prior experience in the aesthetics, wellness, or appointment-based medical sales industries, particularly with high-end or luxury clientele.
• Nice to Have: Familiarity with business practices, cultural norms, and client expectations within the UAE or wider Gulf region.
