Your Role: Lead Generator / Appointment Setter

Schedule- Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm EST

Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients within the construction, demolition, and junk removal markets who may require the company's services
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective leads to introduce the company and generate interest in its service offerings
  • Communicate key service details clearly and concisely via phone and email to maintain a professional company image
  • Schedule qualified appointments and manage the business owner's calendar to ensure seamless handoffs
  • Maintain detailed daily call logs and lead tracking reports to provide real-time visibility into outreach activity and pipeline status
  • Follow up with prospects who require additional information or callbacks to keep leads warm and progressing

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in outbound lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting
  • Strong verbal and written English communication skills with a professional and approachable phone manner
  • Ability to work independently and manage daily outreach targets without constant supervision
  • High level of attention to detail when tracking leads, notes, and scheduled appointments
  • Familiarity with the construction or trades industry is highly preferred
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets and basic reporting tools to document daily activity

Scope:

  • Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST
  • Outbound prospecting focused on companies that need interior demolition, concrete cutting, structural demolition, or junk removal services
  • Utilize a U.S.-based calling system (e.g., Google Voice) integrated with the company's business line
  • Deliver end-of-shift reports summarizing calls made, leads contacted, appointments booked, and follow-up actions required
  • Coordinate directly with the business owners to hand off qualified leads for closing
  • Support the eventual transition to a CRM system as the client base grows
