Our client is looking for a Client Fulfillment Representative (GoHighLevel) who will serve as the backbone of client fulfillment, setting up Facebook ad campaigns, building CRM automations in GoHighLevel, and providing responsive customer support. This role gives you ownership of the technical setup process while working with pre-built templates and clear instructions. You'll communicate directly with clients via text, phone, and Zoom to answer questions, make tweaks, and ensure smooth onboarding. Client Overview:

Our client is a growing US-based company specializing in lead generation and marketing solutions for the life insurance industry. They host weekly webinars and provide both DIY and done-for-you services to insurance agents nationwide. The company is scaling rapidly and building a dedicated team to support expansion and enhance service delivery.

Schedule:

Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 6:00 PM EST, with 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Set up Facebook ad campaigns using provided copy, creative assets, and targeting instructions
  • Build and configure GoHighLevel CRM workflows and automations by following step-by-step documentation
  • Respond to client inquiries via text, phone, and email with professionalism and clarity
  • Schedule and conduct Zoom calls with clients to walk through platform features or make minor adjustments
  • Copy and paste pre-written content, automations, and templates into client accounts
  • Troubleshoot basic technical issues and escalate complex problems as needed
  • Provide ongoing customer support to clients enrolled in DIY and done-for-you programs
  • Maintain organized records of client setups and communications

Requirements:

  • Strong computer literacy and comfort learning new platforms quickly
  • Reliable high-speed internet connection and functional computer hardware
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client interaction
  • Ability to work independently and follow detailed instructions accurately
  • Willingness to learn Facebook Ads Manager and GoHighLevel CRM (training provided)
  • Comfortable conducting Zoom calls and providing real-time support
  • Availability to work full-time hours in alignment with Eastern Time zone

Qualifications:

  • Bonus if you have prior experience with Facebook Ads or paid social campaigns
  • It helps if you're familiar with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms
  • Bonus if you have previous customer support or virtual assistant experience
