Our client is a growing home care agency based in Texas, providing services across 32 states. They support patients with compassionate in-home healthcare and operate with a strong focus on compliance and data security.

Job Description
You will be the behind-the-scenes support that keeps the executive team running smoothly. This is a high-volume role where you'll manage email workflows, pull important data from medical records, and ensure timely communication across compliance, HR, and sales teams. Everything you do will follow established templates and training, so you can focus on execution rather than decision-making. If you thrive in structured environments and love checking boxes efficiently, this is your role.

Schedule: Mon-Fri 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM Central Time (with 1 hour unpaid lunch)
Client Timezone: Central Time (US) Client

Responsibilities

  • Manage and respond to email requests for the executive team using Outlook

  • Pull data from the company's medical record system and format it for email distribution

  • Support the compliance team with day-to-day administrative tasks

  • Assist the HR department with routine backend requests

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team as needed

  • Follow pre-built templates and standard operating procedures for all tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle health information in compliance with HIPAA regulations

  • Perform other mundane, high-volume tasks that free up the executive team's time

Must-Have Requirements

  • Proven experience with Microsoft Outlook for email management

  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Experience working with templates and following structured processes

  • Ability to handle confidential health information responsibly

  • Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace for remote work

  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to work independently

Nice-to-Have Requirements

  • Bonus if you have prior experience in healthcare or home care settings

  • It helps if you've worked with electronic medical records systems before

  • Bonus if you have completed HIPAA training or certification in a previous role
