Schedule:

• Mondays to Fridays, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (Australian Eastern Time, 40 hours per week)

Scope:

• Daily repetitive outreach workflow with room for personality and creativity
• All work is conducted within GoHighLevel and social media platforms
• Replacing a current US-based W-2 employee in a remote capacity
• SOPs and workflows are already established

Responsibilities:

• Work the creator acquisition pipeline daily within GoHighLevel, managing approximately 20 new leads per day
• Record and send personalized Loom video messages to prospective influencer partners to build trust and engagement
• Conduct outreach and follow-up via Instagram to connect with creators who have not responded to initial emails
• Execute a structured multi-touch follow-up sequence across email and social media channels
• Set appointments with qualified creators through a pre-vetted outreach funnel
• Maintain accurate records of outreach activity and lead status within the CRM

Requirements:

• Confident and personable communication style, comfortable engaging with high-profile influencers and content creators
• Experience with video-based outreach or on-camera communication
• Fluent English with strong verbal and written skills
• Familiarity with GoHighLevel or similar CRM platforms for pipeline management
• Self-motivated with the ability to perform repetitive tasks consistently and with enthusiasm
