Sales Agent

Overview:

Join a high-energy team dedicated to transforming patient lives by converting warm leads into clinic appointments and supporting ongoing patient care. We are looking for a proactive communicator who excels at high-volume outreach and possesses the empathy needed to guide prospective and existing patients through their healthcare journey.

This role combines appointment setting, patient retention, and consultative sales by engaging both new and existing patients to support treatment continuity and medication adherence.

Schedule:

Tuesday – Saturday | 10:30 AM to 7:00 PM PST with a 30-minute unpaid break

Responsibilities:

Lead Conversion & Appointment Setting

  • Handle warm leads and guide prospective patients through the decision-making process.

Patient Retention & Medication Support

  • Proactively engage existing patients to ensure continuity of care by coordinating and encouraging timely medication refills.
  • Educate patients on available medication fulfillment options and discuss the benefits of transferring prescriptions to the designated pharmacy when applicable.
  • Support patients through the medication refill process and address questions or concerns that may impact adherence.

Sales & Conversion Activities

  • Apply consultative sales techniques to encourage patient commitment to prescribed medications and pharmacy transfer opportunities.
  • Build trust and effectively handle objections to improve medication acceptance and transfer conversion rates.
  • Balance patient care with performance goals while maintaining a professional and empathetic approach.

Call Management

  • Handle high-volume outbound calls and inbound callbacks while maintaining high conversation quality.

Multichannel Outreach

  • Engage leads and patients via phone, SMS, and video calls to progress them through the sales and patient engagement pipeline.

CRM & Workflow Management

  • Update lead and patient status accurately within the CRM.
  • Manage CRM automation and AI-driven nurturing workflows to maintain engagement and drive conversions.

Performance & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with the clinic team to achieve appointment-setting, medication conversion, refill completion, and pharmacy transfer goals.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in appointment setting, sales, patient outreach, or customer engagement, preferably in a healthcare, clinic, or medical environment.
  • Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, empathetic, and persuasive phone presence.
  • Experience working with CRM systems and lead management workflows.
  • Proven ability to handle objections and nurture hesitant leads toward commitment and action.
  • Comfortable discussing medication-related processes and supporting patients through refill and transfer decisions.
  • Ability to balance patient experience with sales performance objectives.
  • High level of attention to detail when managing lead and patient data, follow-up schedules, and conversion tracking.
