Client Support & Scheduling Specialist

Job Description:

We are looking for a dedicated Client Support & Scheduling Specialist to serve as the voice of our company. You will be responsible for turning inquiries into appointments and ensuring our CRM data is immaculate.

Client Overview:

A growing Home Services company focused on providing residential and commercial estimates. The team is transitioning from AI call handling to a personalized human-centric experience to ensure no lead is missed.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule within the client’s business hours (between 8:00 am and 5:00 pm, US Central Time, 40 hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the first point of contact for all inbound customer calls.
  • Schedule estimates and service appointments directly within the CRM.
  • Proactively follow up on missed calls and after-hours inquiries.
  • Verify and update lead information from various lead generation sources.
  • Manage and triage messages within a shared customer inbox.
  • Send confirmation and verification messages to customers post-booking.
  • Route sales inquiries to the appropriate internal specialists.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer-facing phone support or appointment setting.
  • Exceptional verbal communication and a professional phone demeanor.
  • Close attention to detail for data entry and CRM management.
  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong written communication for professional messaging.
  • Bonus if you have experience with home services or field service CRMs.
  • It helps if you have experience managing shared team inboxes.
