capable and proactive Digital Marketing & CRM Automation Specialist to support their marketing operations, franchise network, and member engagement initiatives.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced remote environment and enjoys combining creativity, digital marketing execution, automation, content creation,
and operational coordination to drive measurable business outcomes.
Position Overview
The Digital Marketing & CRM Automation Specialist will play a key role in supporting the client’s digital growth strategy by managing campaigns, CRM automations, social media content, landing pages, email marketing, and marketing operations across their client network.
This role requires a strong all-rounder who can execute campaigns from concept to completion while maintaining exceptional attention to detail, brand consistency, and
operational efficiency.
The future hire will work closely with the CEO, Head of Marketing, franchisees, studio managers, and the broader support team to improve lead generation, member retention, customer engagement, and digital brand presence.

Key Responsibilities
Digital Campaign Management
● Plan, coordinate, and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns
● Build and optimise lead generation funnels, landing pages, and promotional
campaigns
● Manage campaign timelines, creative assets, and launch schedules

● Support local studio marketing initiatives and seasonal campaigns
● Track campaign performance and recommend optimisation opportunities
● Coordinate digital advertising assets for Meta and other online platforms CRM & Marketing Automation
● Build and manage workflows, automations, nurture sequences, and customer journeys within Go High Level (GHL)
● Create and optimise:
○ Lead nurturing campaigns
○ New member onboarding journeys
○ Appointment reminders
○ Retention campaigns
○ Re-engagement sequences
○ Milestone and attendance-trigger automations
● Maintain CRM data accuracy, segmentation, and workflow organisation
● Troubleshoot automation and campaign-related issues when required
Social Media & Content Creation
● Manage monthly content calendars across multiple social media platforms
● Create engaging:
○ Graphics
○ Reels
○ Promotional creatives
○ Branded marketing materials
○ EDM banners
○ Social media advertisements
● Write compelling captions and campaign copy aligned with the client's brand
voice
● Schedule and publish content across:
○ Facebook
○ Instagram
○ TikTok
○ LinkedIn
○ YouTube
● Monitor engagement and assist with community interaction and audience growth
Website & Landing Page Management
● Update and maintain WordPress websites and Elementor landing pages

● Ensure pages are mobile responsive, conversion-focused, and user-friendly
● Update:
○ Studio pages
○ Blogs
○ Testimonials
○ Promotional offers
○ Campaign pages
● Support SEO-friendly website updates and localised content initiatives
● Maintain brand consistency across all digital platforms
Email Marketing
● Build and deploy EDM campaigns, newsletters, promotions, and member
communications
● Design email templates and campaign assets
● Implement and manage email automations and engagement workflows
● Monitor campaign performance and engagement metrics
Administrative & Operational Support
● Coordinate campaign schedules, internal priorities, and project timelines
● Organise digital assets, templates, shared resources, and operational documentation
● Maintain spreadsheets, reports, and CRM records
● Support communication between the Support Office, Marketing Team, Franchisees, and Studio Managers
● Manage and respond to support tickets in a timely and professional manner
● Assist with onboarding setup for new studios, campaigns, and internal systems
● Support ongoing process improvements and operational efficiency initiatives

Essential
● Proven experience in digital marketing, CRM automation, or marketing
coordination
● Hands-on experience using Go High Level (GHL) or similar CRM/automation
platforms
● Strong experience with WordPress and Elementor

● Experience creating digital content and marketing assets using Canva
● Strong understanding of social media marketing and content management
● Experience building landing pages and lead generation funnels
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills
● Strong organisational and project coordination abilities
● Ability to manage multiple priorities in a remote work environment
● High attention to detail and accountability
Preferred
● Experience supporting franchise or multi-location businesses
● Basic SEO knowledge
● Experience with Meta Ads or paid campaign coordination
● Understanding of customer lifecycle marketing and retention strategies
