NDIS Digital Marketing Coordinator (Squarespace)

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to take ownership of its digital presence and build a consistent pipeline of enquiries. Historically, the organization has grown through referrals and word-of-mouth; the focus of this role is to transition that success into structured digital marketing by strengthening brand visibility, growing social media engagement, and generating organic leads. This role requires a creative, proactive individual who is comfortable working independently and can develop marketing ideas aligned with a warm, person-centered brand.

Schedule

  • Monday & Friday: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM Victoria, AU Time 

  • Tuesday & Thursday: 10:00 AM - 12:00 PM Victoria, AU Time 

  • Wednesday: 10:00 AM - 1:00 PM Victoria, AU Time

Responsibilities

  • Digital Marketing & Campaign Execution: Develop and implement simple digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation. Identify creative "outside the box" strategies to reach new audiences while ensuring compliance with Australian advertising regulations.
  • Social Media & Content Management: Manage social platforms with a consistent posting schedule. Create engaging content that reflects brand values, grows followers, and improves organic engagement through storytelling.
  • Website & Lead Generation: Manage and update the organization’s website using Squarespace. Develop and optimize landing pages to improve enquiry pathways and visibility for both adult and children's services.
  • Brand Alignment: Ensure all marketing content follows the organization’s branding, tone, and messaging. Maintain consistency across the website and social platforms to highlight real participants and staff.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor success measures including growth in organic enquiries, social media engagement, and website traffic conversions.

Requirements

  • Experience: Proven experience in digital marketing or lead generation, specifically within regulated sectors such as healthcare or disability services.
  • Technical Skills: Familiarity with Squarespace website management and Google tools.
  • Compliance: Solid understanding of Australian advertising guidelines and NDIS-related marketing sensitivities.
  • Mindset: Creative thinker who can work independently and take full ownership of the digital marketing function.
