Job Overview
Our client is looking for a results-driven B2C Appointment Setter (UK Training Sector) to connect with individuals interested in their training programs. You will be the first point of contact for inbound leads, qualifying their interest and scheduling calls for our senior sales team.
Client Overview
Our client is a UK-based training company specializing in professional development for individuals re-entering the workforce. With an established remote team and a high volume of interest, they are expanding their sales outreach capacity.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM London, UK time, with 1 hour paid/unpaid break (40 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Proactively contact inbound leads to schedule high-quality sales appointments.
- Manage a quarterly pipeline of over 1,000 leads with consistent follow-up.
- Utilize our CTI system to accurately track and log all call interactions.
- Qualify prospective clients through detailed conversations and assessment of needs.
- Build immediate rapport with leads through a personable and professional phone manner.
- Ensure a seamless handoff process for qualified leads to in-house sales staff.
- Maintain detailed records of call outcomes and appointment success rates.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience in B2C appointment setting or outbound sales calls.
- Superior spoken English with a clear and professional communication style.
- Proven ability to manage and prioritize high volumes of lead outreach.
- High level of self-motivation and a results-oriented mindset.
- Comfortable working independently within defined sales processes.
- Bonus if you have experience in the education or training sector.
- It helps if you are familiar with Salesforce or CRM lead management.
