Spanish Bilingual Sales Representative

Join a growing U.S.-based home services company specializing in roofing and exterior home improvement solutions as a Sales Representative. In this role, you will drive growth by conducting high-volume outbound calls to qualify prospects and secure appointments. Schedule: Flexible between 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM Monday to Sunday Pacific Time

Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to homeowners using the Ready Mode dialer system.
  • Qualify prospects and schedule appointments for roofing consultations.
  • Achieve onboarding targets of at least 3 confirmed show-up appointments within the first 30 days.
  • Maintain a monthly goal of at least 5 confirmed show-up appointments after the onboarding period.
  • Generate approximately 15 booked appointments per month through consistent outbound activity.
  • Manage your work schedule flexibly within the 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM Pacific Time window.
  • Follow established sales scripts and qualification guidelines.
  • Accurately track daily call activity, appointment bookings, and conversion metrics.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure smooth appointment coordination.
  • Commissions will be provided: bonus per successful appointment

Requirements

  • Proven experience in high-volume outbound sales.
  • Previous experience in the roofing or solar industry is required.
  • Excellent verbal English communication skills with a professional phone presence.
  • Spanish Bilingual Candidates
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently book appointments and achieve sales targets.
  • Strong self-management skills with the ability to work independently.
  • Reliable internet connection and dedicated remote workspace.
  • Nice to Have: Based in Colombia, the Dominican Republic, or Mexico.
  • Nice to Have: Experience living or working in the United States.
  • Nice to Have: Previous experience working Pacific Time business hours.
