Overview:

Our client is looking for an Outbound Telemarketing Specialist (Healthcare | Survey Campaigns) to serve as the vital first point of contact for prospective customers. Operating on an automated dialer system, your primary responsibility will be to conduct structured, friendly surveys over the phone. Upon completing the survey, you will gauge customer interest and ask if they would like to receive more information about their affordable medication referral services. This role requires a high volume of outbound calls, a resilient attitude, and the ability to maintain a warm, professional, and clear tone with every prospect.

By partnering with certified, licensed pharmacies globally, they connect patients with high-quality prescription options at a fraction of standard local retail prices.

Their mission is centered on customer trust, rigorous safety standards, and providing exceptional, compassionate support to help patients navigate their healthcare journeys affordably. They take pride in bridging the gap between cost and vital care, ensuring their clients receive safe, reliable service every step of the way.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM CST | With 1 hour unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage a high volume of outbound calls using an automated dialing system
  • Engage prospects warmly and guide them through a structured survey
  • Identify interested prospects and accurately document their request for additional information
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism, empathy, and patient confidentiality
  • Meet and exceed daily/weekly call volume and survey completion targets
  • Accurately log call outcomes and maintain clean records within call tools

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of solid experience in outbound cold calling or telemarketing
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally 
  • Highly open to learning and comfortably navigating modern call center tools and dialer systems
  • Self-motivated, hard-working, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
  • Proven track record of excellent attendance and punctuality

Technical Requirements:

  • Modern desktop or laptop (Intel Core i5/Ryzen 5 or higher preferred) with at least 8GB of RAM
  • Reliable, high-speed wired internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps download/upload) with a backup power/internet solution
  • High-quality USB noise-canceling headset and a quiet, distraction-free workspace
