Our client is looking for a highly organized E-commerce Administrative Assistant (Shopify) who can provide exceptional customer service while supporting administrative, sales, and marketing functions. You'll assist with order management, inventory coordination, sales reporting, and wholesale outreach, while also helping maintain the company's online presence through social media scheduling and Shopify updates. Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt, professional, and friendly customer service via email and other communication channels
- Assist with order processing, tracking, and customer inquiries to ensure a positive customer experience
- Provide administrative support for inventory management, including monitoring stock levels and updating inventory records
- Pull and organize sales reports to support business performance tracking and decision-making
- Conduct wholesale outreach by communicating with prospective retail partners and maintaining follow-up activities
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, orders, and inventory updates
- Secondary Responsibilities
- Schedule and publish social media content according to the marketing calendar
- Manage and optimize the company's Pinterest account to support brand awareness and customer engagement
- Update products, collections, images, pricing, and content within Shopify
- Assist with general administrative and operational projects as assigned
- Collaborate with team members to improve workflows and support business growth initiatives
Requirements
- Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
- Previous experience in an Administrative Assistant, Customer Service, Virtual Assistant, or E-commerce Support role
- Strong customer service skills with a professional and solutions-oriented approach
- Experience working with Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms
- Comfortable pulling and organizing sales reports using spreadsheets
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft Office, particularly Excel or Google Sheets
- High attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment
- Availability to work during North American business hours
- Experience with Pinterest marketing or social media scheduling tools (Preferred)
- Experience with inventory management or wholesale account support (Preferred)
- Previous experience working for an e-commerce, retail, or consumer products company (Preferred)
