Job Overview:
Our client, a growing Australian real estate marketing agency, is looking for a proactive Appointment Setter to help real estate agents secure booked appraisals. In this remote, part-time role, you will conduct outbound cold calls to warm leads in the CRM, qualify prospects, and book discovery calls. Building rapport quickly and coordinating with sales closers will help the agency's growth faster.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, flexible schedule during client business hours from 9 am to 5 pm AWST; Part-time, 20 hours per week
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to real estate agents using leads provided in the CRM.
- Qualify prospects and identify their needs for real estate marketing services.
- Book discovery calls on the calendars of closers and senior team members.
- Maintain accurate records of all calls and interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with prospects to secure appointments and maintain engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize messaging and conversion rates.
- Achieve daily and weekly targets for booked appointments.
- Adapt your approach based on prospect feedback and market response.
- Collaborate directly with founders and senior leadership in an agile, remote environment with flexible scheduling options.
- Work toward clear performance metrics with the potential to transition into a full-time role as the business expands.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in appointment setting or cold calling, preferably in sales.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage prospects quickly.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls daily.
- Experience working with CRM systems to track leads and appointments.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.
- Available to work at least 20 hours per week (4 hours per day minimum).
Nice to have:
- Experience in real estate or real estate marketing.
- Previous experience working with Australian clients or in the Australian market.
- Familiarity with booking and calendar management tools.
