Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a Lead Generation Specialist to own the research and data backbone of their LinkedIn-based lead generation engine. In this role, you will identify high-quality prospects by scraping LinkedIn for hiring signals, build organized lists in Notion, and research content ideas to support the founder. This is a highly independent research and strategy position focused on enabling outbound campaigns rather than handling client conversations.
Schedule: Monday to Friday- UK timezone BST/GMT; Flexible schedule during client's business hours
Responsibilities:
- Scrape LinkedIn job ads to find companies actively hiring brand designers or seeking website design help.
- Search for and identify founder profiles on LinkedIn that match the agency's ideal client criteria.
- Organize and maintain clean prospect data in Notion for easy access and campaign execution.
- Research and compile content post ideas that align with the agency's edgy, polarizing brand tone.
- Provide data-driven insights to improve the quality and quantity of lead generation efforts.
- Support the founder in moving faster by eliminating the need for deep research and admin work.
- Suggest improvements to workflows or new strategies based on lead generation best practices.
- Maintain high standards for data accuracy and prospect relevance.
- Collaborate remotely with a UK-based client in a stable, long-term capacity, utilizing clean, well-documented systems in Notion.
- Operate within a lean, efficient environment that encourages independent thinking, with the potential to expand your scope into content creation or social media support as trust builds.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in lead generation, specifically on LinkedIn.
- Strong research skills with the ability to identify high-quality prospects based on specific criteria.
- Experience scraping LinkedIn for job postings, profiles, and outreach data.
- Highly organized with strong data administration and collation skills.
- Ability to work independently and make smart judgments without constant oversight.
- Familiarity with Notion or similar project management and documentation tools.
- Understanding of B2B outbound strategies and what makes a quality lead.
Nice to have:
- Experience working with design agencies or creative service businesses.
- Familiarity with content ideation and social media strategy.
- Experience using AI tools to streamline research and workflow.
- Comfortable suggesting process improvements and thinking strategically about lead generation.
