Job Overview

Our client is looking for a Outbound Appointment Setter who will drive revenue growth by calling warm leads, booking appointments, and re-engaging past clients who haven't visited in months. This is a flexible, remote sales role where you'll own the full follow-up cycle from initial outreach to confirmed bookings. You'll work directly from lead lists provided by the business, follow up on advertising campaigns, and use your persuasive communication skills to keep the appointment calendar full. Client Overview

Our client is a growing medical spa with two locations in Ohio, operating since 2022. They recently expanded with a second location and are focused on scaling their lead generation and sales efforts to support continued growth in the aesthetic and wellness industry.

Schedule

  • Monday - Friday, Flexible within 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Call warm leads generated from marketing campaigns and ads to book appointments
  • Follow up with prospects who have expressed interest but haven't yet scheduled
  • Re-engage past clients who haven't visited in six months or longer
  • Maintain and work through lead lists provided by the business
  • Track outreach activity and appointment confirmations using Google Voice
  • Qualify prospects and convert interest into confirmed bookings
  • Provide friendly, professional communication that reflects the brand's client-first approach
  • Support sales goals through consistent outbound calling and follow-up

Requirements

  • Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or appointment setting
  • Comfortable making outbound calls and following up with warm leads
  • Strong communication skills with a clear, professional phone presence
  • HIPAA compliance or willingness to complete HIPAA training

Nice to have:

  • Bonus if you have experience in the medical spa, aesthetics, or wellness industry
  • It helps if you've worked with Google Voice or similar calling platforms
  • Bonus if you have a track record of meeting or exceeding booking or sales targets
