Sales Support Coordinator

Job Overview

Our client is seeking a proactive and highly organized Sales Support Coordinator to support the day-to-day operations of a growing fashion events business. This role successfully bridges administrative support, partner outreach, sales coordination, website content management, and event logistics. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who enjoys building cross-industry relationships, managing multiple priorities, and keeping projects moving efficiently in a fully remote work environment.

Schedule

Monday - Thursday, 10:00 AM - 3:00 PM PST (18 work hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Conduct proactive outreach to prospective designers, sponsors, and industry contacts to support event business growth.
  • Perform light lead generation and maintain an organized, up-to-date prospect pipeline.
  • Follow up with designers and brand partners via phone and email to confirm requirements and maintain active engagement.
  • Manage and organize high-volume email correspondence with designers, partners, sponsors, and internal stakeholders.
  • Coordinate communications and logistics across multiple creative parties to ensure smooth event planning and execution.
  • Assist with scheduling cross-functional meetings, managing complex executive calendars, and coordinating appointments.
  • Update and maintain the company WordPress website by adding, editing, and removing content without requiring code.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in Sales Support, Business Development, Operations, Administrative Coordination, or Executive Assistant roles.
  • Strong background in customer service, outbound sales outreach, lead generation, or corporate partnership coordination.
  • Professional written and verbal English communication skills with a professional and friendly approach.
  • Hands-on experience using WordPress for basic website adjustments, publishing content, and layout management.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative and operational priorities simultaneously while maintaining accuracy.
  • Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision in a fully remote corporate environment.

Nice To Have

  • Experience using CRM platforms, lead databases, or contact management systems.
  • Familiarity with Canva or similar digital design platforms for basic marketing content creation.
