With approximately 120 sales professionals operating across 26 states and a lean administrative team supporting operations, recruiting, client relations, and social media, they're expanding their offshore support to handle after-hours tasks more efficiently. Job Description You will own critical after-hours data entry and administrative workflows that keep this multi-state insurance operation running smoothly. This role gives you the autonomy to process candidate applications, manage data imports into their CRM system, track daily statistics, and provide light personal assistance to leadership. You'll work independently during evening hours, using AI tools and automation to streamline repetitive tasks while maintaining accuracy across multiple data sources. Responsibilities Download resumes from approximately 26 different recruiting application sources daily Reformat and organize resume data into CSV files with proper column structure for CRM import Import formatted candidate data into GoHighLevel CRM system Attach individual resumes to corresponding candidate profiles within GoHighLevel for recruiter reference Enter daily statistics into tracking spreadsheets from the company's stat site for one week per month Research and plan personal travel arrangements including hotel bookings and itinerary coordination for the agency owner Use AI tools to automate resume conversion and data transformation tasks Maintain data accuracy and consistency across multiple platforms and sources Must-Have Requirements Proven experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) CRM platform Strong proficiency using AI tools for data processing and document conversion Demonstrable skills in CSV file creation and data formatting Experience with multi-source data collection and consolidation High attention to detail for accurate data entry across systems Reliable internet connection and ability to work evening hours consistently Excellent written communication skills Nice-to-Have Requirements Bonus if you have prior experience in recruitment support or applicant tracking It helps if you're familiar with travel planning and research for executive assistance Bonus if you've worked with US-based insurance or financial services companies It helps if you have experience working across multiple time zones Why Join This Team Remote position with flexible evening hours that may fit non-traditional schedules Opportunity to expand responsibilities into recruiting support and client-facing work as you prove capabilities Stable long-term role with potential to increase hours and scope over time Work with modern tools including AI automation and cloud-based CRM systems Support a growing company operating across 26 US states with room for organizational impact Apply now.
