Job Overview
This role is responsible for conducting outbound calls to businesses, identifying the right decision-makers, and introducing services in a professional and conversational manner. The ideal candidate has strong English communication skills, experience in outbound sales or telemarketing, and the ability to manage call tracking using Smartsheet and CRM tools as well as follow the designed sales program and work in a collaborative environment.
Schedule
Monday - Friday, 4 hours per day between 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM EST (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities
- Call businesses (dental clinics, law firms, offices)
- Ask simple questions to reach the right person
- Introduce services in a natural, conversational way
- Book short responses or walkthroughs
- Track calls and outcomes
- Follow the designed sales program
Requirements
- Previous experience in B2B outbound sales, telemarketing, or a similar role
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Must be able to use Smartsheet
- Proven negotiation skills, with the ability to persuade and influence decision-makers.
- Strong probing skills to understand client needs and offer relevant solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to close deals and achieve sales targets.
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools.
