B2B Sales Development Representative (UK Market)

Job Overview:

Our client is looking for a motivated B2B Sales Development Representative (UK Market) to help scale B2B sales efforts. You will identify prospects and book qualified meetings via email and LinkedIn, playing a critical role in pipeline growth within an established outreach framework.

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM UK Time, with 1 hour paid/unpaid break (40 work hours per week)

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct cold outbound prospecting via email and LinkedIn to generate qualified B2B meetings
  • Build and manage a pipeline of prospects using LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Book and schedule 3 to 5 qualified meetings per week for the sales team
  • Follow and adapt templated outreach sequences to engage target prospects
  • Track and report on outreach activity, response rates, and meeting outcomes
  • Support cold calling efforts as the role and your skill set evolve
  • Maintain high daily activity levels to ensure a consistent volume of qualified opportunities

Requirements:

  • 2 to 3 years of experience in B2B outbound sales or appointment setting
  • Proven proficiency with LinkedIn outreach and Sales Navigator
  • Excellent written English communication skills and professional tone
  • Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  • Experience working with UK or US-based clients and business hours
  • Bonus if you have experience with cold calling techniques
  • It helps if you are based in South Africa or the Philippines
