Job Description:
We are seeking a resilient and highly conversational Sales Development Representative to drive outbound outreach to senior leadership across the UK. In this role, you will move beyond rigid scripts to hold authentic, consultative discussions about sensitive wellbeing topics with C-suite and HR professionals.
 
Schedule:
20 hours per week, Wednesday to Friday, UK business hours
 
Client Timezone: GMT / BST (United Kingdom)
 
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound cold calls to senior decision-makers including CEOs and HR Directors.
  • Engage prospects in natural, consultative conversations about preventative mental health.
  • Manage the end-to-end appointment-setting cycle including initial outreach and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate meeting confirmations and manage calendars for the Sales Director and CEO.
  • Maintain precise records of interactions and pipeline status within HubSpot CRM.
  • Prepare detailed meeting briefs for the leadership team ahead of scheduled calls.
  • Craft empathetic and professional follow-up emails that align with the brand voice.
  • Collaborate with leadership to refine outreach scripts and market messaging.
 
Requirements:
  • Proven track record in B2B outbound telemarketing, cold calling, or business development.
  • Exceptional spoken and written English 
  • High level of resilience and the ability to maintain motivation after rejection.
  • Confidence and professional maturity to engage with C-suite and senior HR stakeholders.
  • Ability to pivot conversations naturally without relying strictly on scripts.
  • Bonus if you have a background or interest in psychology, healthcare, or wellbeing.
  • It helps if you have experience using HubSpot or similar CRM platforms.
