Job Description:
This hybrid role focuses on proactive sales outreach and meticulous document management. You will serve as the primary driver for identifying new seller leads while ensuring the accuracy of highly sensitive financial documentation for NYC co-op board packages.
Responsibilities:
- Execute outbound cold calls to prospective sellers and expired listings using established scripts.
- Identify and research contact information for property owners within the NYC market.
- Build and maintain accurate lead lists for targeted email and phone outreach.
- Organize and manage general administrative documentation and daily tasks.
- Assist in the assembly of comprehensive co-op board packages featuring sensitive financial data.
- Conduct professional email outreach to prospective clients to build the sales pipeline.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, specifically within the real estate or high-value sales sectors.
- Exceptional attention to detail, particularly regarding financial records and documentation.
- High-level verbal and written English communication skills for a professional NYC audience.
- Ability to follow scripts consistently while maintaining a polite and persuasive phone manner.
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential client tax and bank records.
