Job Description
We are seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee the company's day-to-day human resources operations.
This role combines talent acquisition, onboarding, employee relations, HR administration, payroll analysis, benefits coordination, and policy implementation. The ideal candidate is comfortable managing the full employee lifecycle while partnering directly with leadership to improve HR processes and support a growing workforce.
Schedule
- 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM MST, Monday through Friday, 8 hours per day, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through onboarding
- Coordinate interviews, offers, and new hire onboarding
- Work with AI-powered recruitment tools to improve hiring efficiency
- Develop and improve onboarding processes and documentation
HR Operations
- Support employee relations and assist with HR concerns
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation
- Analyze payroll information and HR metrics
- Coordinate benefits administration and renewal processes
- Manage workers' compensation and company insurance renewals
- Liaise with external HR consultants and benefit providers
Strategic HR Support
- Support leadership with workforce planning
- Recommend improvements to HR policies and procedures
- Assist with compliance and employee engagement initiatives
- Develop scalable HR processes as the business grows
Requirements
- Previous experience as an HR Manager, HR Generalist, or Senior HR Business Partner
- Strong recruitment and onboarding experience
- Experience managing employee relations and HR operations
- Familiarity with payroll reporting and benefits administration
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Highly Regarded Skills & Experience
- Experience with AI recruitment platforms
- Experience managing workers' compensation and insurance renewals
- HR certification (SHRM, HRCI or equivalent)
- Experience supporting growing businesses
