Job Overview

The client is seeking a proactive, high-performing Sales and Lead Generation Specialist to drive business growth for a restaurant accounting and hospitality consulting firm. In this remote role, you will work closely with the business owner to independently manage the entire marketing and sales pipeline, from cold calling and email outreach to closing deals. The ideal candidate is a self-sufficient "go-getter" who can brainstorm innovative client acquisition strategies and operate with minimal training. This long-term position offers an uncapped bonus structure and recurring revenue opportunities for a driven professional.

Schedule

Mon-Fri,9 am - 6 pm PST with 1 hour unpaid break (40 hours per week)

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative, effective strategies for lead generation, including making cold calls and sending cold emails.
  • Convert generated leads into sales to directly drive business growth.
  • Handle the entire marketing and sales side of the business independently.
  • Brainstorm and introduce innovative ideas and strategies to attract new clients
  • Work self-sufficiently, maintaining a clear vision and set of goals for business expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with the internal team and remain readily available for questions during designated work hours.
  • Work very closely with the business owner to align on sales goals and business growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Proven professional experience in sales and lead generation is a must.
  • A "go-getter" with a proactive, self-sufficient, and driven work ethic.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and take initiative without needing extensive training.
  • Experience working with consulting firms or within the hospitality sector is a significant plus.
  • High level of motivation driven by performance metrics, an uncapped bonus structure, and long-term recurring revenue.
