SEO Content Strategist (Real Estate)

Your Role: SEO Specialist / Digital Marketer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive SEO strategy to improve organic search rankings for a luxury real estate brand
  • Create and optimize hundreds of neighborhood-specific landing pages with authentic, high-quality written content
  • Manage and grow the brand's social media presence across Instagram and YouTube to increase engagement and subscribers
  • Set up and maintain automated email drip campaigns and workflows within Follow Up Boss CRM
  • Integrate and optimize digital platforms including Google Business Profile, Zillow, and the company website for cohesive online visibility
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on SEO performance metrics and provide actionable 30/60/90-day strategic plans

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO strategy and digital marketing, preferably within the real estate or luxury brand space
  • Strong command of written English with the ability to produce polished, authentic content without excessive reliance on AI tools
  • Experience with CRM platforms, particularly Follow Up Boss, and email marketing automation
  • Self-directed professional who requires minimal supervision and can execute independently
  • High level of attention to detail with a commitment to delivering premium-quality work
  • Familiarity with real estate digital ecosystems including Zillow and Google Business Profile

Scope:

  • Full-time engagement (40+ hours/week) during the initial buildout phase with potential transition to part-time
  • Serve as the primary specialist responsible for all SEO, content creation, and digital marketing efforts
  • Develop a measurable roadmap with clear milestones to track organic growth and online visibility improvements
  • Manage the integration of all digital touchpoints to ensure a cohesive and professional brand presence
  • Research competitor real estate websites and implement best practices tailored to the client's luxury positioning
  • Provide strategic guidance on what it takes to achieve top Google rankings within the luxury real estate niche
