Job Overview:
Our client, a growing healthcare practice, is looking for a motivated, high-energy Outbound Lead Generation Representative (NDIS Healthcare) to drive patient and referral opportunities within the Australian healthcare and disability sectors. You'll be leading outbound phone outreach to NDIS providers, local area coordinators, and allied health professionals — building relationships, qualifying leads, and securing appointments that directly fuel the practice's growth.
This role suits someone who thrives on call volume, builds rapport quickly, and takes genuine pride in how they represent a business over the phone.
Schedule:
Flexible part-time schedule, Monday - Friday between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM Australian business hours (AEST)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls to NDIS providers, local area coordinators, and doctor surgeries to generate referral opportunities
- Set qualified appointments for the principal psychologist with key stakeholders and prospective referral partners
- Coordinate directly with the client's calendar to schedule and confirm appointments efficiently
- Manage and update lead records and campaign activity within Go High Level CRM
- Track and follow up on warm leads, missed calls, and prior conversations to maximise conversion
- Support the development and execution of email funnel sequences to nurture prospective referral partners
- Log call outcomes and maintain accurate contact data for campaign reporting
- Collaborate with the business owner to refine scripts, pitches, and targeting over time
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound telemarketing, cold calling, or appointment setting
- Naturally warm and persuasive phone manner — you build rapport fast and maintain it
- High call volume capacity with the discipline to sustain consistent daily output
- Strong calendar coordination skills and attention to scheduling detail
- Conscientious with lead data and CRM management
- Familiarity with Go High Level or similar CRM platforms preferred
- Self-motivated and able to work independently without close supervision
- Clear, professional spoken English — experience engaging with Australian healthcare professionals a strong advantage
