Client Overview:

A UK-based training company providing professional development and Salesforce training. They operate with an established remote team and are looking to scale their social media presence.

Schedule:

  • Mondays to Fridays, flexible schedule within the client’s business hours (GMT/BST, 40 hours per week)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create compelling graphics and short-form video content tailored for TikTok, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Manage and maintain daily posting schedules across all social media platforms
  • Repurpose existing video footage into engaging, platform-specific content with clear hooks
  • Monitor social media performance and engagement metrics to inform content strategy

Requirements:

  • Proven portfolio demonstrating high-quality social media content creation
  • Strong understanding of short-form video formats (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
  • Excellent spoken English with clear, professional communication skills
  • Bonus if you have experience monitoring paid ad campaign performance
