Role: Social Media Assistant
Schedule: Part Time - 20h per week - flexible within CDT business hours

Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow the company's social media presence across platforms such as Instagram and YouTube
- Develop and execute a content strategy to build brand visibility and audience engagement
- Repurpose raw photos and videos provided by the in-house team into polished, platform-ready social media posts
- Plan, schedule, and publish content consistently on a part-time basis
- Monitor social media performance and suggest improvements to increase reach and engagement
- Handle light administrative tasks such as managing emails, organizing files, and supporting internal communication
Requirements:
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a business or brand (APPLICATIONS WITH PORTFOLIOS WILL BE PRIORITIZED)
- Strong understanding of social media best practices across major platforms
- Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision
- Excellent written communication skills and attention to detail
- Creative eye for visual content and brand consistency
- Strong organizational and time management skills
Scope:
- Part-time engagement of approximately 20 hours per week
- Focus on building the company's social media presence from the ground up
- Content creation will be based on raw materials provided by the client's team
- Potential to take on additional administrative support tasks over time
- Opportunity to evolve into a broader marketing or admin support role as needs are defined
