Job Overview:
Our client is looking for a detail-oriented and reliable individual to join their team as a Property Sales Support & Viewing Feedback Representative. In this role, you will play a key part in gathering customer feedback, handling compliance documentation, and providing essential back-office support to the UK-based sales team.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM UK Timezone (20 work hours per week)
Responsibilities:
- Call property viewers to collect feedback after property viewings.
- Record and update feedback accurately in the CRM system.
- Share feedback with UK-based Sales Negotiators and clients when required.
- Collect ID and compliance documents from property buyers and sellers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure all documentation is complete.
- Assist with general administrative and data entry tasks.
- Provide additional administrative support to the sales team as needed.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative, customer service, or sales support role.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Confident speaking with customers over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to multitask and work independently.
- Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment for making calls.
